HumanshipUK Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your sponsorship (“Sponsorship”) of HumanshipUK (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) on a monthly basis. By becoming a Sponsor, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Sponsorship Agreement: By signing up for the HumanshipUK Sponsorship, you agree to provide financial support to HumanshipUK on a monthly basis as specified during the sign-up process.
2. Monthly Sponsorship Commitment: Sponsors commit to a monthly sponsorship payment as agreed upon during the sign-up process. The sponsorship amount may be subject to change with advance notice from HumanshipUK.
3. Initial Commitment Period: Upon signing up, Sponsors commit to a minimum sponsorship period of 6 months. During this period, you agree to maintain your sponsorship commitment and fulfill your monthly payments.
4. Cancellation of Sponsorship: After the initial 6-month commitment period, Sponsors have the right to cancel their sponsorship at any time. Cancellation Is the responsibility of the Sponsor. Sponsorship cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for payments made prior to cancellation.
5. No-Refund Policy: Sponsors acknowledge and accept that all sponsorship payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination.
6. Changes to Monthly Sponsorship Amount: HumanshipUK reserves the right to modify the monthly sponsorship amount with advance notice. Changes will be communicated to Sponsors through the contact information provided during sign-up.
7. Termination by HumanshipUK: HumanshipUK reserves the right to terminate a Sponsorship for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, inappropriate behaviour, or any other action that may be deemed detrimental to HumanshipUK’s mission and reputation.
8. Personal Information: By becoming a Sponsor, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Communication and Notices: HumanshipUK may send communication and notices to Sponsors via email or other methods provided during sign-up.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and the Sponsorship relationship are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HumanshipUK is registered.
11. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Sponsor and HumanshipUK regarding the Sponsorship and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
12. Changes to Terms: HumanshipUK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the HumanshipUK website or other communication channels.
